Rolling stock ?

This was an impulse buy a few years ago. It has lain forgotten about until last week.
 I finally found where I had left it unopened. It was bought locally in a now closed model show on a dreich New Year’s Eve in the late afternoon. This morning I opened the box for the first time. I know it’s more of a toy and it has little if any connection with Lyonesse but utilising it saves money, uses something of sentimental value and could be explained away by the Lyonesse Company buying second hand rolling stock. We will see...

Over the rooftops and houses , lost as it tries...

One of the challenges l have set myself is to model using things l currently own, scrap material and rely less on bought items. This will probably apply particularly to the scenery rather than the rolling stock. Yesterday I found these in the garage, forgotten , lying in a box -
Old Airfix properties bought on eBay some time ago. Half finished by another’s hand just looking for some TLC and ingenuity. I will see what l can come up with...
