Rolling stock ?

This was an impulse buy a few years ago. It has lain forgotten about until last week.

 I finally found where I had left it unopened. It was bought locally in a now closed model show on a dreich New Year’s Eve in the late afternoon. This morning I opened the box for the first time. I know it’s more of a toy and it has little if any connection with Lyonesse but utilising it saves money, uses something of sentimental value and could be explained away by the Lyonesse Company buying second hand rolling stock.
